Here’s how we deliver services to you:

Contact LinkUp Australia and make an appointment. You can contact us by phone, email, or by dropping into the office. Appropriate translating and interpreting services are provided as required for clients at the point of entry.

We can meet with you wherever you are most comfortable – this could be at the LinkUp Australia office, somewhere mutual such as a café, or we can come to your home.

You can have someone attend the appointment with you, such as family, extended kin networks, friends, or other people important to you. At your first appointment with LinkUp Australia, we will:
- Explain our framework and model of operation – one of consultation, collaborative partnerships, and the design of a person-centred action plan based on your individual needs.
- Explain client rights, privacy and confidentiality practices, and feedback and complaints processes.
- Discuss the service options available to you at LinkUp Australia.
- Develop a Service Agreement detailing the schedule of supports you have requested, how these supports will be delivered, and the cost of these supports. Ensure all required documentation, such as the Client Consent Form, has been explained and is understood by you, and is signed by all required parties.

LinkUp Australia will review the support we can provide to you according to the timeframe stated in your Service Agreement. However, you may request a review of supports provided by LinkUp Australia at any time.

LinkUp Australia ensures all clients are provided with a service that is culturally appropriate and will refer clients on to other agencies when additional or specific supports are required, e.g. legal aid.

Complaints
We appreciate any suggestions, complaints and comments. All information is strictly confidential. We encourage you to make your complaint in writing. Please allow approximately one week for a response.
